Every Channel Partner has two sides to build his business, commonly referred to as left and right. Sales must be done in both these sides in order to earn Incentive. Incentive is calculated on the ratio not greater than 1:2 to achieve the highest achievable target. For example |

The Software keeps a track of step of payments (table1.1) for each individual, and calculates further from there. Incentive is paid only if the sales are in the ratio of 1:2. In the fourth week of table 1.2, he required atleast 3 sales in his right side to calculate and earn incentive of 9 sales(3+6), for the next Step 4 of table 1.1, he only had 2 sales, hence no Incentive is earned by him
If he had done only ONE sale on his right he would have achieved his target of 9 sales, earning incentive of Rs.4000 as modified in table 1.3 |
